Ryan Caloren, Assistant Sales Manager, was born and raised in Pierce County, making Eatonville her home for the last 8 years. Ryan went to Pierce College where she studied archaeology pursuing her childhood dream of becoming Indian Jones! Life took her on an even greater adventure of becoming a mom, which she has thoroughly enjoyed over the last few years. When deciding to rejoin the workforce, Ryan was looking for a career with flexibility and the opportunity to make new connections in her community. Ryan delivers an outstanding customer experience when working with her clients. When not at work, Ryan loves spending time with her family, taking them to Northwest Trek or simply working on her farm.

Natasha is excited to bring her diverse background and experiences to help design best-in-class benefit strategies to fit employers' and employees' needs. Nate Henley

Nate Henley was born and raised in Tacoma, Washington. He attended the University of Puget Sound where he studied business administration and played college football. Nate spent more than 10 years managing a local business, giving him an insight into what it takes to run a successful company. Nate understands the value a good benefits package brings to employers and how it can separate them from their competition as they seek to attract quality talent. Nate is also serving as the Vice President of his family's nonprofit, the Rachel Lynn Henley Foundation. In his free time, you can find Nate working on a house project, or spending time with his family and friends.

Anna Carlson 

Anna Carlson, Agency Development Manager, has over 10 years of experience in client relations, sales enablement, and team training and development. She loves meeting with clients and helping them get good coverage through our insurance partners. She also enjoys using her unique skills and experiences to meet clients’ needs and help team members reach their goals. In her free time, Anna enjoys hiking with her dogs, the occasional mountain climb (she’s summited Mt. Rainier!), tropical sunny beaches, and a well-written book.

Brooke Byram was raised in Auburn, WA, and brings a diverse background in management, sales, and marketing to her role in employee benefits. With a strong passion for helping businesses thrive, she specializes in providing tailored benefits solutions that support both employers and their teams. Brooke takes pride in making the process simple, engaging, and stress-free—ensuring businesses can offer competitive benefits that attract and retain top talent. DeMarco Caliz

DeMarco Caliz, Employee Benefits Specialist, has started his career as an auto mechanic and later transitioned into beverage sales, where he got to connect with many businesses in the Greater Seattle Area. He spent years developing good relationships within the community and leaning how to help companies grow and expend. It was an easy transition for Demarco to apply what he has leaned in the field of insurance and continue to serve business owners by helping them offer great benefits to their employees. Outside of work, Demarco enjoys exploring the open road and spending time with his family and friends. 

Kaytlyn Gottschalk has spent a good portion of her professional career in behavioral science helping children with developmental disabilities. While she enjoyed making a difference in the lives of those she worked with, after 10 years in the industry, Kaytlyn found herself craving a change. After doing some research, she decided to join Platinum Benefits as Communications Coordinator where she spends most of her time taking care of clients. From facilitating open enrollments, assisting policy holders with their inquiries, or helping with claims — Kaytlyn can do it all! In her free time, you can find Kaytlyn hanging out with her family, her two fur babies Terrance and Pepper, and playing mini golf with her husband.
