Joe comes from an extensive military background, including 22 years in the United States Coast Guard. After retiring from the military, Joe went on to own several businesses before making a move to the West coast with his family. Because of his prior experience running a business, Joe is keenly aware of the needs that business owners face on a daily basis when looking for affordable benefit packages. On his down time, you will find Joe gardening, cooking gourmet meals, and spending quality time with family.

Ruby has been working with business owners in the Greater Seattle Area for over 2 years. She loves connecting with people and helping them find great employee benefits options. Ruby has worked in various roles and has built a strong foundation for working with business owners in every industry. She starts by understanding employers' and employees' needs and then goes to action to find the best solutions available in the marketplace. After spending time in France and living in several states, Ruby found her home in Seattle in 2019. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family, boating, and traveling.

She graduated with honors from Washington State University, achieving a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration with a Certification in Human Resources Management. Jasmine is passionate about helping employers with cost-saving strategies while enhancing employee benefit packages. She is outgoing and not afraid to take on any challenge thrown her way. On her off time, she enjoys traveling, or spending quality time with friends and family.

Alin Balika, Account Executive, has worked with businesses in the Greater Seattle area for over 6 years. His passion for business growth and development stems from personally growing up in a large family of businesses owners. Alin has an exceptional understanding of the business cycle and the different challenges a business owner might encounter. Considering the importance of employees to the business, he takes great pride in being a reliable consultant who goes to great lengths to make sure business owners are adequately guided when selecting employee benefits. Alin enjoys living a healthy lifestyle during his free time by exploring the Great Pacific North West, coaching soccer, and spending time with his 16 nephews and nieces.

Lex Wiese started her professional career with four years of active duty in the Army, Aviation. After completing her military service, she continued her aviation career as a civilian. Her extensive background in working with aviation customers, managing client relations, and overseeing quality control has led her to a position where she can utilize many of her skills and build long-lasting relationships with business owners in the area. Lex enjoys educating companies on the different benefit options available to their employees and walking them through the process of getting things set up. Lex was born in Riverside, CA, and now lives with her husband, who is also an active military member, and their three beautiful children in Rainier, WA. Lex enjoys hiking and family camping trips.

When it comes to system setup and organization, Kimberly is a pro. She successfully manages, and facilities open enrollments, new hire benefit onboarding, and pre-enrollment communication. Kimberly oversees the many aspects of a successful annual renewal and ensures that our clients receive the best possible enrollment experience. Kimberly enjoys spending time with her children, pottery, and beekeeping.

Tanya has a passion for helping people. Her ability to identify customers' unspoken needs makes her an integral part of our team. From providing strategies around enrollment logistics, handling billing inquiries, or running reports, Tanya can do it all in a timely and efficient manner. Tanya brings positive energy, creativity, and a detail-oriented mind wherever she goes. Tanya enjoys long walks with her German Shepherd Ziva, traveling to sunny destinations, or working on DIY projects in her free time.

Megan began her journey in the insurance industry in 2010. Her passion and expertise lie in the areas of technology platforms and enrollment solutions. She has developed outstanding systems that streamline enrollment processes and enhance the customer experience. Megan works with a team of Benefits Counselors who offer a unique educational experience to each client we work with. Megan is constantly learning and educating herself on the most cutting-edge tools and technologies available to business owners in the world of benefits. When Megan is not at work, she is painting, spending time with family, practicing her Taekwondo, or taking care of her chickens!

Kayla is Queens, NY native who moved to Seattle three years ago. She has pursued a B.A. in Communication Studies at the University of Washington and was named one of the 2020 Martin Achievement Scholars Award recipients. With an extensive background in the administrative field, Kayla has made a significant impact on improving business processes and operations with several companies before coming to Platinum Benefit Solutions in the summer of 2021. When it comes to leadership and organization, Kayla is a natural! You can find her tasting new local cuisines, doing yoga, or blogging in her free time.
