After retiring from the military, Joe went on to own several businesses before making a move to the West coast with his family. Because of his prior experience running a business, Joe is keenly aware of the needs that business owners face on a daily basis when looking for affordable benefit packages. On his down time, you will find Joe gardening, cooking gourmet meals, and spending quality time with family.

Lex Wiese started her professional career with four years of active duty in the Army, Aviation. After completing her military service, she continued her aviation career as a civilian. Her extensive background in working with aviation customers, managing client relations, and overseeing quality control has led her to a position where she can utilize many of her skills and build long-lasting relationships with business owners in the area. Lex enjoys educating companies on the different benefit options available to their employees and walking them through the process of getting things set up. Lex was born in Riverside, CA, and now lives with her husband, who is also an active military member, and their three beautiful children in Rainier, WA. Lex enjoys hiking and family camping trips.
